The Graphic Design Process
What happens in the Graphic Design process when ordering a new logo or stationery set? When you contact us for a new logo or website design we will send you a briefing form to fill in and return to us. This will give us the information about your business/company we need to assist us with the project. We will then submit 3-4 initial logo/brand concept designs for you to give us feedback or to select one you like.
We might get the design right first time (we usually do), if not, we take on-board your recommendations and submit more corrected versions or some new designs and continue until you are completely happy at no extra cost.
Once you are happy with your chosen design and we have received payment we can supply the logo design, the finished brochure or stationery set, for example, to you in any of the recognised industry formats ie; jpeg, tiff, eps, or to get started on your next project, a new WordPress website, A4 brochure or A5 flyer.
You can purchase some of the products/services we offer directly before we start from our shop, otherwise we will charge before commencement up to 50% and the remainder before the artwork stage. At all stages through the design process you will work with a designer who will be responsible for delivering and managing your projects with agreed times. You will have a personal contact at all times.
You can plan your promotional activity costs easily and simply, knowing that there will not be any extra charges, whether you are a new business or have on-going marketing and design work planned. Just select from our services, they are all clearly explained in this website.
For other services you require for your marketing or design not currently list on the site or on-going projects, the Graphic Design process is similar as described. Our charges when we quote for work not listed in our set prices are £60 per hour and we agree a budget before we commence.
Our aim is to have happy customers.
